Judge denies Zillow injunction bid
A federal judge in Illinois denied Zillow’s bid for a preliminary injunction against Compass and Midwest Real Estate Data.
The ruling allows MRED to suspend Zillow access to more than 30,000 Chicago listings if Zillow bans any listing in MRED’s feed.
Compass listings restored on Zillow
Dozens of previously banned Compass listings were restored on Zillow within 24 hours of the decision.
