Novo says its next-gen obesity drug tops Lilly rival in late-stage study
NVO•Novo reports late-stage weight loss results for next-generation obesity drug
Sept. 21 (Reuters) - Novo Nordisk said on Monday its next-generation experimental drug had achieved an estimated average weight loss of 12.4% in a late-stage trial and that it was superior to Eli Lilly's drug.
The company said the result came from a late-stage study of its next-generation obesity treatment.
