Russia places Aptar Europe Holding under temporary administration

MOSCOW, Sept 21 (Reuters) - President Vladimir Putin has ordered the Russian assets of Aptar Europe Holding, a subsidiary of drug delivery and dispensing firm Apta, to be placed under temporary administration, according to a presidential decree published on Monday.
