Novocure partners with Verastem Oncology on pancreatic cancer trial
NVCR•Novocure and Verastem Oncology will evaluate a combination treatment for locally advanced pancreatic cancer in a trial expected to enroll about 25 patients beginning in 2027.
1. Trial collaboration
The trial will combine Tumor Treating Fields therapy with chemotherapy and VS-7375, Verastem's investigational oral KRAS G12D inhibitor. Researchers will assess safety and tolerability, with preliminary efficacy as an exploratory endpoint.
2. Company roles
Novocure will manage and fund trial operations, while Verastem will supply VS-7375.
