Nurix enrolls first patient in Phase 1b/2 CLL trial of bexobrutideg plus venetoclax
NRIX•Nurix enrolled the first patient in a Phase 1b/2 trial testing its BTK degrader bexobrutideg with venetoclax in CLL/SLL.
1. Trial begins enrollment
The study will initially focus on relapsed or refractory CLL. Results have not been presented, and Nurix said the data are expected to guide future registrational development plans across CLL treatment lines.
2. Potential expansion
The combination could be evaluated in first-line treatment if it shows acceptable safety and activity. The program is part of Nurix’s Roche collaboration, with planned evaluation alongside selected Roche anti-CD20 antibodies in additional cohorts.
