Nurix Therapeutics has closed a global collaboration with Roche to co-develop and co-commercialize BTK degrader bexobrutideg following HSR clearance.
- Nurix will receive an upfront cash payment of $700 million.
- The deal includes up to $2.3 billion in development, regulatory, and sales milestones.
- Development costs will be split 40% Nurix / 60% Roche.
- U.S. profits and losses will be split equally.
- Roche will commercialize the drug outside the U.S., and Nurix will receive low- to high-teens royalties.
