U-Haul real estate arm AMERCO Real Estate names Parul Butala president

AMERCO Real Estate Co., the real estate arm of U-Haul Holding, named Parul Butala as president effective July 17.

Butala succeeds Matt Braccia; she previously led land use and planning at the unit since 2019.

The subsidiary manages property acquisitions and development tied to U-Haul’s owned-and-operated location footprint.
