Nuvve appointed Antonie Wobbe Ploegsma and Andrew J. Ritter as independent directors. Ploegsma heads investor relations and capital markets at Prairie Operating and previously held senior roles at Lilis Energy and FBR. Ritter was CEO of Cairns Health from 2023 to 2026, co-founded Ritter Pharmaceuticals and helped lead its Nasdaq IPO.
