Nuwellis enters co-promotion, distribution pact with Atrility for AtriAmp device

Nuwellis entered a co-promotion and distribution agreement with Atrility Medical for Atrility’s FDA-cleared AtriAmp device.
The initial six-month pilot covers three Nuwellis sales territories across about nine Western states and five Southeastern states.
Nuwellis earns commissions on AtriAmp sales to existing and new customers in the covered territories.
Potential for expanded U.S. distribution
The deal could shift to exclusive U.S. distribution for much of the country if the pilot succeeds.
In an expanded role, Nuwellis would buy AtriAmp from Atrility, then handle sales, distribution, and order fulfillment in the covered market.
