nVent names Courtney Nelson Wills as general counsel, effective Oct. 12
NVT•nVent appointed Courtney Nelson Wills executive vice president, general counsel and secretary, effective Oct. 12.
1. Leadership appointment
Wills will report to CEO Beth Wozniak and lead nVent’s global legal organization, including compliance, corporate governance and corporate secretary functions. She previously served as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at MiniMed Group, which completed an IPO in early 2026.
