Nvidia starts independent investigation after report foreign intelligence targeted CEO
NVDA•Nvidia’s board initiated an independent investigation after a report that founder and CEO Jensen Huang was targeted by a foreign intelligence effort. The board said it had no evidence that national security or Nvidia secrets were compromised.

Nvidia said independent directors and outside counsel will oversee the investigation. Huang supports the review and has committed to cooperating with it; the board said it has confidence in him and his leadership team.
