Nvidia to Boost Taiwan Investment to $150B, Launch New AI Laptop Chip

During his keynote at Computex, Jensen Huang stated that Nvidia pays its workforce "as much as possible," highlighting the importance of competitive compensation amid the AI-driven surge in equity value for employees holding stock options.

Nvidia announced plans to boost its annual investment in Taiwan from $100 billion to $150 billion, aiming to strengthen its chip production ecosystem and support long-term AI hardware supply chains with partners like TSMC and Foxconn.
