Northwest Natural Gas won Washington regulator backing for a three-year rate plan, preserving its line extension allowance.
- The order sets revenue increases of $20.1 million from Aug. 1, 2026, $7.5 million from August 2027, and $7.4 million from August 2028.
- The plan assumes 50% equity and 50% long-term debt, with a 9.5% ROE.
- Average rate base is projected at $328 million in Year 1, rising to $397.8 million.
