NWPX Infrastructure acquired Serpentix Conveyor, a maker of engineered conveyor systems for municipal wastewater plants and industrial facilities.
The deal closed Sept. 2, 2026; NWPX expects it to be immediately accretive to earnings.
Serpentix, founded in 1969, is based in Westminster, Colorado; it provides custom material-handling systems for abrasive, high-moisture wastewater applications.
Serpentix reported trailing 12-month net sales of about $15.6 million through June 30, 2026.
The acquisition is NWPX’s second in 2026, following Boughton’s Precast in February.
