STI• Board and committee changes
- Solidion appointed Kimi L. Ellen, Mark N. Schwartz and Dante W. Robinson as independent directors, effective Aug. 31, 2026.
- Ellen, managing partner and CEO of accounting firm Benford Brown & Associates, joins the audit committee and compensation committee.
- Schwartz, a CEO-CFO veteran and audit committee chair at Onfolio Holdings, becomes compensation committee chair and joins the audit committee.
- Robinson, chief of internal affairs at State Compensation Insurance Fund, joins the audit committee and nominating and governance committee.
- Committee chairs were updated: Karin-Joyce Tjon will lead the audit committee and John Davis will lead the nominating and governance committee.
