NXG NextGen Infrastructure Income Fund’s annual shareholder meeting, held June 18, 2026, was adjourned to July 10, 2026.
Shareholders elected Class II trustees Andrea N. Mullins and John H. Alban for terms running to the 2028 annual meeting.
Investors also backed a new advisory agreement with Cushing Asset Management, LP following a July 10 change of control at the adviser.
