Nyxoah expects preliminary net revenue of €7.7 million in Q2 2026, marking 21% sequential growth over Q1. U.S. net sales contributed €5.2 million, up 22%, supporting the company’s midyear outlook of €36–40 million for full-year revenue.
2. U.S. Commercial Momentum
The company trained 55 new surgeons in Q2, bringing the total to 262 specialists, and activated 89 new high-volume accounts, reaching 180 active accounts. A total of 427 patient submissions under prior authorization entered Q3, indicating further growth potential.
3. CMS Proposed Reimbursement Increases
CMS proposed raising hospital outpatient reimbursement for Genio procedures by 12% to $35,414 and ASC rates by 15% to $31,722. These increases, among the highest in APC 5465, could enhance procedural economics and drive adoption.
4. Financing and Liquidity Position
Nyxoah secured €110 million in aggregate financing during Q2, eliminating financial overhang. Cash, cash equivalents and financial assets stood at €97.8 million as of June 30, 2026, providing runway for U.S. commercial ramp and path to profitability.
