Oakworth Capital Bank adds Harrison Lord to Charlotte market board

Oakworth Capital Inc. added Harrison Lord, managing member of law firm Lord & Lindley, to its Charlotte Market Board.
It also appointed Andrew Giraldo, president and chief financial officer of renewable energy developer NARENCO, to the Charlotte Market Board.
Lord is a trial attorney focused on fiduciary and commercial litigation involving closely held businesses, trusts and estates, and shareholder disputes.
Giraldo brings corporate finance and business growth experience, along with a renewable energy development background tied to large-scale solar projects across the eastern U.S.
