OBOOK Holdings completed OwlPay’s global settlement infrastructure buildout in 2025, securing 40 U.S. money transmitter licenses and integrating Circle Payments Network plus Visa Direct. The company expanded its enterprise client base to 36 agreements processing over US$6 billion annually and secured US$10 million in convertible funding for global expansion.

1. Infrastructure Buildout and Regulatory Expansion

OBOOK completed core buildout of OwlPay’s global settlement infrastructure in 2025, integrating stablecoin on-ramp/off-ramp capabilities, wallet infrastructure, cross-border settlement and fiat payout functions. It secured 40 state money transmitter licenses and connected Circle Payments Network plus Visa Direct into its platform.

2. Enterprise Client Growth and Funding

As of April 2026, OwlPay Harbor has 36 enterprise clients under commercial agreements, up from 20 in March, processing over US$6 billion in annual payments. In April the company secured US$10 million in convertible funding, with access to up to US$50 million to support global expansion and licensing efforts.

3. Annual Report Filing

The company filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, submitting audited consolidated financial statements and making them available to shareholders upon request.
