OBX•Obsidian Therapeutics said Amsoki-Cel had a 67% overall response rate at the recommended phase 2 dose, with two complete and eight partial responses. The company expects NSCLC phase 1 data in the first half of 2027.
At the recommended phase 2 dose, 33% of patients had a deep ongoing response 12 months after infusion. Median progression-free survival was 8.3 months, and median duration of response had not been reached. In the pooled safety set, there were no dose-limiting toxicities, treatment-related deaths, ICANS cases or ICU transfers. Topline data from the phase 1/2 AGNI-01 study are expected by year-end 2027.
