Ocean Power Technologies and Stratum Holdings entered a non-binding letter of intent for a proposed strategic collaboration to demonstrate offshore renewable-powered data center assets. Stratum would provide NVIDIA B300 GPUs and integration expertise and pay Ocean Power Technologies a monthly retainer under definitive agreements. Ocean Power Technologies would license Stratum its PowerBuoy patents and provide prototype assets.
