1. Overview of Oceania Marina Transformation

Starting October 2026, Oceania Cruises will dry dock its 1,250-guest Oceania Marina for a comprehensive OceaniaNEXT reinspiration. The project includes redesigned staterooms with marble-finished bathrooms, refreshed suites and expanded public areas, aiming to modernize the vessel’s ambiance and align it with upcoming Sonata Class ships.

2. Specific Upgrade Features

All staterooms will feature new layouts, sumptuous furnishings and rainforest showers, while public spaces like bars, lounges and the Grand Lounge will receive updated lighting and furnishings. New venues include a Chef’s Studio for culinary demonstrations and a Bakery within Baristas, alongside refreshed signature restaurants and new pool deck day beds.

3. Strategic Fleet Alignment

This transformation marks the first in a fleetwide OceaniaNEXT initiative designed to unify design aesthetics across current vessels and five Sonata Class newbuilds arriving between 2027 and 2037. The upgrade positions the fleet for future premium pricing and reinforces Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings’ luxury travel branding.
