NCLH•Oceania Cruises will launch five 2027 specialty voyages featuring culinary and cultural itineraries in the Mediterranean, Baltic, Japan and Adriatic regions. Each voyage includes guest hosts such as Sara Moulton, Claudine Pépin and Samantha Brown, offering exclusive cooking demonstrations, guided shore excursions and themed on-board programming.
Oceania Cruises has introduced five destination-rich specialty cruises for 2027, spanning the Western Mediterranean, Baltic Sea, Japan, Adriatic Sea and an end-of-year Reunion voyage. Each itinerary ranges from 10 to 14 days and is designed to deepen cultural and culinary engagement beyond standard offerings.
Guests will enjoy hands-on cooking demonstrations, themed gala brunches and exclusive tastings led by Oceania’s Executive Culinary Directors and Master Chefs of France. Shore excursions are curated to connect travelers with regional traditions, local producers and heritage sites for immersive cultural insight.
Sara Moulton will lead a 14-day Baltic voyage from London on Oceania Marina starting June 8, 2027, while Claudine Pépin hosts an 11-day Tokyo roundtrip on Oceania Riviera departing September 30, 2027. Samantha Brown’s 10-day Adriatic and Mediterranean voyage sails November 7, 2027, aboard Oceania Allura, and the end-of-year 12-day Reunion Cruise departs December 6, 2027 on Oceania Aurelia.
These specialty sailings aim to capture premium yields by attracting affluent and repeat guests seeking unique experiences. Enhanced onboard programming and high-profile hosts could differentiate Oceania Cruises in the luxury segment and support higher average daily rates.
