WidePoint Wins Additional $1M Integration Work, SaaS Deployment On Track for $40M–45M
WYY•WidePoint’s FedRAMP Authorized ITMS™ Command Center deployment for a leading U.S. telecom carrier remains on schedule, with an additional $1 million in integration services awarded and roughly $1 million more anticipated. The underlying five-year SaaS contract still projects $40–45 million in recurring revenue based on 2.0–2.5 million managed devices.
1. Expanded Integration Engagement
WidePoint has secured approximately $1 million in additional integration services for its FedRAMP Authorized ITMS™ Command Center Platform and expects another $1 million order as the U.S. telecom carrier broadens operational requirements. This extension highlights the carrier’s growing confidence in WidePoint’s technical expertise and ability to manage large-scale, complex deployments.
2. SaaS Contract Remains Unchanged
The original SaaS agreement, signed in November 2025, continues unchanged and is forecast to deliver $40–45 million in recurring, margin-accretive revenue over five years. Deployment is slated to cover 2.0–2.5 million managed devices, with full production expected by the end of 2026.
3. Strategic Implications
This engagement positions WidePoint at the core of one of the largest government mobility management deployments, serving federal, state, local and education customers under stringent cybersecurity mandates. Continued on-schedule progress and scope expansion reinforce the carrier’s long-term strategic partnership with WidePoint.
