1. Clinical Proof-of-Concept for OD-001
In a 12-week Phase 2a monotherapy trial of OD-001 in moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis, 49 patients were treated at two dose levels. OD-001 was well tolerated across both cohorts, achieving 27% clinical remission and 61% clinical response in patients naïve or experienced to advanced therapies.
2. Strong Cash Position
As of March 31 2026, Odyssey reported cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities of $175.7 million and net IPO and private placement proceeds of $288.7 million, resulting in a pro-forma cash position of $464.4 million. This financial runway is expected to support operations into the second half of 2028.
3. Planned Clinical Milestones
Odyssey plans to initiate a Phase 2b monotherapy trial and a Phase 2a combination trial with vedolizumab in the second half of 2026, targeting topline induction data in the second half of 2027. Additionally, OD-002 IND-enabling studies aim for a CTA filing in H2 2026, enabling a Phase 1/2a trial in H1 2027.
