OFA Group names Eugene M. Johnston CFO after Ernest Yeung resigns
OFAL•OFA Group said Ernest Yeung will resign as CFO effective Sept. 30, 2026, citing personal reasons, and Eugene M. Johnston will take over Oct. 1.
1. CFO transition
Johnston has served as CFO of 1776 Acquisition Corp since November 2025 and Mangoceuticals since October 2022. He previously held audit and advisory roles focused on SEC-reporting companies, including at L&L CPAs and Greentree Financial Group.
