OFS Credit offers 5% discount on shares through dividend reinvestment plan
OCCI•OFS Credit is offering dividend reinvestment plan participants common shares at 95% of the market price. Monthly cash distributions are $0.05 per share for each month in the quarter ending January 31, 2027.
1. Plan terms
Shares for plan participants will be priced at 95% of the closing common share price on the Nasdaq Capital Market on each distribution payment date. Payment dates are November 30, December 31, 2026, and January 29, 2027; the corresponding record dates are November 16, December 15, 2026, and January 15, 2027.
