Extraordinary general meeting set for Aug. 20, 2026
Ohmyhome will hold an extraordinary general meeting in Singapore on Aug. 20, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on a 50-for-1 consolidation of Class A and Class B ordinary shares, effective upon passage.
The plan includes rounding up fractional entitlements to the next whole share.
Also up for approval is the adoption of a sixth amended and restated memorandum and articles of association reflecting the consolidation and governance changes.
Shareholders will also consider a proposal to adjourn the meeting if needed to secure sufficient votes.
