Ohmyhome shareholders approve relocation and proposed name change
OMH•Ohmyhome shareholders approved moving the company’s domicile from the Cayman Islands to the British Virgin Islands and changing its name to Ohmyswift, or another board-approved name, within two months.
1. Shareholder approvals
At an extraordinary meeting on October 26, 2026, Ohmyhome shareholders approved the relocation and proposed name change. They also approved replacement constitutional documents, conditional on the relocation taking effect, and authorized the meeting chairman to adjourn to seek additional proxies if needed.
