Oil-Dri reported Q3 net sales of $126.3 million, up 9% year-over-year, driven by higher demand across its product lines. Income from operations increased 23% to $17.1 million, net income rose 25% to $14.5 million, and EBITDA advanced 17% to $23.8 million. Diluted EPS was $1.00, a 25% gain.

Retail & Wholesale group delivered net sales of $82.5 million, up 13%, boosting segment operating income by 16% to $11.3 million. Business-to-Business revenues reached $43.8 million, a 3% gain, although operating income dipped 3% to $13.0 million due to higher cost of goods sold.
3. Operational Resilience and Cash Generation
The company achieved a 99.9% fill rate despite Winter Storm Fern disruptions, reducing backlog by $2.2 million and ensuring service continuity. Cash and equivalents rose to $62.9 million, funding manufacturing infrastructure investments and dividend payments.
