Olenox Industries said it has completed its acquisition of PsyLinks Neurotech, an applied intelligence and neurotechnology company focused on operational data analytics.
Deal terms call for all outstanding PsyLinks shares to be exchanged for about $500,000 of Olenox restricted common stock.
PsyLinks becomes wholly owned subsidiary
PsyLinks will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary, adding applied AI and data analytics capabilities to Olenox’s technology and digital infrastructure strategy.
