Olenox named Kimberly Hawley interim CFO effective July 24, 2026, filling the vacancy left by former CFO Tricia Kaelin’s departure.
Hawley is executive vice president, CFO and treasurer at Vivakor, and she will keep that role while serving at Olenox.
Her background includes more than 30 years in finance leadership across energy-related sectors, with experience in SEC reporting, M&A integration and capital markets.
