Over the next 12 months, Omnicom will deploy this service across five use cases and navigate competitive pressures and integration risks.

1. Partnership Expansion

Omnicom expanded its global partnership with Adobe to co-develop an enterprise-grade AI Agentic Operating Model solution integrating Omnicom’s Omni platform and Adobe’s marketing and creative technology stack for retail, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and automotive brands.

2. Solution Architecture and Use Cases

The AI solution features a component-based architecture anchored by a client-specific knowledge graph and will be operationalized across five core use cases—end-to-end customer experience, omnichannel planning, total creative workflow, .com, and email.

3. Data and Governance Capabilities

Omni’s connected platform layer leverages Acxiom Real ID’s privacy-first foundation with 2.6 billion verified global IDs, enabling seamless data exchange into Adobe Real-Time CDP and providing vertical-specific compliance frameworks and unified governance.

4. Implementation Timeline and Risks

Over the next 12 months, Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Capability team will build and deploy the managed service, while the company navigates competitive pressures, integration complexities, and liquidity considerations.
