Omnicom Tops Effie Index Third Year, Appoints New U.S. Media Leaders
OMC•Omnicom has been named the world’s most effective holding group in the 2025 Global Effie Index for the third consecutive year and fourth time in five years. The company appointed Stacy DeRiso as U.S. general manager and named Suzanne Grundman president and Rob DiGiovanni U.S. CEO of Initiative.

Omnicom secured the top position in the 2025 Global Effie Index, marking its third consecutive win and fourth title in five years. This accolade underscores the company’s sustained ability to deliver campaigns that drive measurable business results.
2. Regional Rankings Breakdown
The holding group was ranked #1 across Europe, Latin America and Middle East & Africa, while Omnicom Media and BBDO Worldwide placed #3 and #4 among agency networks globally. AlmapBBDO also clinched the top spot for Most Effective Agency Office for a third straight year.
3. U.S. Media Leadership Reorganization
Following its acquisition of Interpublic assets, Omnicom Media elevated former IPG executive Stacy DeRiso to U.S. general manager and reshuffled Initiative’s leadership by naming Suzanne Grundman president and Rob DiGiovanni U.S. CEO, aiming to unify senior talent and streamline operations.
