Omniq signs two-year Q Shield Safe City agreements with two Pennsylvania municipalities
OMQS•Omniq signed two-year agreements with two Pennsylvania municipalities to deploy its Q Shield Safe City vehicle registration enforcement platform across 18 cameras at nine intersections, with projects expected to go live in 2026.
1. Deployment plans
The deployments will cover corridors with about 80,000 vehicles per day, based on PennDOT traffic data. Both agreements include a six-month evaluation period, and the revenue model relies on processing fees tied to citations issued after agency review and authorization.
