Ondas grants 47 Cyberhawk hires 1,601,593 RSUs, 1,290,000 stock options at USD 9.11 strike

Ondas said it set equity inducement awards for 47 employees hired with the Cyberhawk acquisition, totaling 1,601,593 restricted stock units (RSUs).
It also issued stock options for 1,290,000 shares, priced at USD 9.11 per share.
Most RSUs vest semi-annually over two years; 460,000 vest from Aug. 10, 2027 in quarterly tranches; 43,906 vested at close.
The options vest one-third on Aug. 10, 2027, then monthly over 24 months, subject to continued employment.
