Ondas to Acquire World View After $10M Deal, Add Stratollite ISR Platform
Ondas will acquire World View to integrate its Stratollite platform with Ondas’ autonomous systems, building on a prior $10M partnership after World View completed over 140 stratospheric flights with payloads up to 10,000 kg. The combined AI-driven ISR architecture spans stratosphere, air, and land for defense and allied customers.
1. Acquisition Details
Ondas entered a definitive agreement to acquire World View, expanding on its existing $10 million strategic investment and partnership. The transaction aligns both firms’ visions for a unified, multi-domain, AI-powered intelligence architecture designed to deliver persistent ISR, scalable defense solutions, and responsive autonomy.
2. World View Capabilities
World View has executed over 140 stratospheric flight operations carrying payloads up to 10,000 kg, serving clients including NASA, NOAA, the U.S. Department of War, and the U.S. Air Force. Its Stratollite® platform provides long-endurance, high-altitude ISR and remote sensing capabilities that extend Ondas’ portfolio into the stratosphere.
3. Combined Multi-Domain Platform
By integrating Stratollite with Ondas’ aerial and ground robotic systems and counter-UAS technologies, the combined platform will enable persistent wide-area detection, AI-enabled data fusion, and autonomous response across stratosphere, air, and land domains. This networked ISR solution targets defense, homeland security, allied governments, and critical infrastructure operators worldwide.
4. Integration and Next Steps
After closing, World View will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary within the Ondas Autonomous Systems unit under an integrated operating structure. Ondas will provide detailed outlook information on World View during its earnings conference call scheduled for March 25, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
