OpenWorld, ex-VerifyMe, plans acquisition of Blocksight
OPNW•OpenWorld plans to acquire AI-agent platform Blocksight to expand its real-world asset tokenization infrastructure; terms were not disclosed, and closing depends on board approval and definitive agreements.
1. Planned acquisition
Blocksight builds agents to bring assets on-chain and automate investor reporting, with its technology intended for integration into OpenWorld Enterprise for institutional use. Blocksight co-founders Patrick Kim and Peter Hong are expected to join OpenWorld if the deal completes.
