Optimum names Adriana Rios Welton general counsel and chief corporate responsibility officer
OPTU•Optimum Communications named Adriana Rios Welton general counsel and chief corporate responsibility officer, effective immediately.
1. Executive appointment
Rios Welton will oversee legal, government and regulatory affairs, and ESG, reporting to CEO Dennis Mathew. She previously served as general counsel and chief of government affairs at UScellular, where she led a strategic realignment. Michael Olsen will serve as senior executive counsel, capital transformation, through the end of 2027, leading legal execution of capital structure changes.
