Oracle is expected to report fiscal Q3 revenue of $16.9 billion versus $14.13 billion a year ago, with analysts projecting adjusted EPS of $1.55 compared to $1.47 in the prior period.
2. Historical Performance Trends
The company has missed revenue estimates in eight of the last ten quarters despite delivering three consecutive EPS beats; in Q2 it generated $16.06 billion in revenue, falling short of an expected $16.21 billion, while EPS rose 54% to $2.26.
3. AI Infrastructure Funding Plan
Oracle intends to raise $45–50 billion through a mix of equity-linked securities, common equity offerings and senior unsecured bonds to expand cloud infrastructure capacity and support growing AI workloads.
4. Government Cloud Contracts
Since its last report, Oracle secured a CMS migration deal using its FedRAMP High-authorized environment and won an $88 million Cloud One task order from the US Air Force to support highly sensitive workloads through December 2028.
