REKR•Rekor Systems received an Oregon DOT intent to award for a statewide in-vehicle safety alerts program, with an anticipated contract value of $1.4 million over five years, subject to final negotiations.
1. Proposed Oregon deployment
The program would feed TripCheck incident and work zone data into Rekor Command to send location-specific alerts to approaching drivers statewide. The anticipated contract value is $1.4 million over five years, with annual renewals after year two; the deployment would expand from an existing Las Vegas metro rollout that has delivered more than 1.18 million in-vehicle alerts.
