A final Oregon regulator order dated Sept. 25, 2026, adds restrictions to Portland General Electric’s planned holding company reorganization, including dividend limits tied to retained earnings and credit ratings. The order includes about $83 million in customer rate credits and benefits contingent on the reorganization proceeding; PGE may seek reconsideration, clarification or judicial review and says it cannot yet estimate the order’s full financial impact.
