Sanity Group contributed about EUR 25 million (CAD 40 million) of net revenue since the April 15 close; management said performance tracked expectations.
Organigram reiterated it remains on track for fiscal 2026 net revenue to exceed CAD 350 million, expecting positive free cash flow in Q4.
