Orion Properties returns to profit in Q2 FY26; revenue falls 8.04% to $34.3 million

Orion Properties posted Q2 net income attributable to common stockholders of $24.6 million, or $0.42 per diluted share, swinging from a loss a year earlier.
Revenue fell 8.04% to $34.3 million versus Q2 2025; GAAP FFO was $9.2 million, or $0.16 per diluted share.
GAAP results included $27.9 million higher gains on real estate dispositions, helped by $19.5 million lower impairment charges versus Q2 2025.
Leasing, occupancy and guidance
Year-to-date leasing totaled 673,000 square feet; occupancy was 78.1% with a 6.2-year weighted average remaining lease term.
Core FFO guidance rose to $0.72-$0.77 per share; net debt to adjusted EBITDA outlook tightened to 6.0x-6.8x.
