1. Eastern Norway outlook
Logistics rents in Eastern Norway are expected to rise toward late 2026 and into 2027, following a year of flat pricing. Demand remains robust, while moderate vacancies and limited new supply keep the market balanced.
2. European market trends
European logistics leasing reached 30.6 million square meters over the past four quarters as the market began stabilizing. Prime European rents continue to rise, led by Southern Europe, and prime yields fell 5 to 25 basis points in most markets over the past year.
3. Limited transactions
Transaction volumes remain limited because few properties are for sale. Prime pricing largely restricts purchases to all-equity buyers.
