Oshkosh began producing the first Dutch Expeditionary Patrol Vehicle prototype for the Netherlands Ministry of Defence. The JLTV-based design is being adapted with changes targeting higher mobility, maritime corrosion protection, modular protection options and improved mission-system integration.
