OSR Health clarifies Nasdaq has not approved shareholder loyalty CVR program

The company said the clarification does not change the previously announced Aug. 14, 2026 record date.
Nasdaq feedback was preliminary, not approval
OSR Holdings said it corrected a July 31 statement that implied Nasdaq had approved or endorsed its Shareholder Loyalty CVR Program.
According to the company, Nasdaq’s prior feedback was only preliminary and verbal, and was limited to whether the program would trigger a mechanical stock price adjustment.
