OSR Health says Nasdaq has not approved or endorsed shareholder loyalty CVR program

OSR Holdings corrected a July 31 statement that implied Nasdaq had approved or endorsed its Shareholder Loyalty CVR Program.
Nasdaq’s communication was described as a preliminary verbal view limited to whether the program would trigger a mechanical ex-date price adjustment. Outside that technical point, Nasdaq has not given a definitive opinion on the program.
The August 14, 2026 record date for the Shareholder Loyalty CVR Program remains unchanged.
