The company signed a three-year $40 million agreement with HCA Healthcare to refresh its Tablo fleet across the health system.

Full-year outlook reiterated

Outset Medical reiterated its 2026 revenue outlook of $125 million-$130 million and said it expects full-year non-GAAP gross margin in the low-40% to mid-40% range.

Q2 revenue, loss and margin improve

Outset Medical posted Q2 2026 revenue of $31.6 million, up 1% year over year and up 14% sequentially.

Net loss narrowed to $18 million; GAAP loss per share improved to $0.97.

Gross margin expanded 4.2 percentage points to 42% as gross profit rose 12% to $13.3 million.
