ParkerVision posted a net loss of $1.4 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, narrowing from a $5.4 million loss a year earlier.
Loss per share improved to $0.01 from $0.05 in the prior-year period, helped by $2.6 million lower operating expenses.
Operating expenses fell on $1.9 million lower share-based compensation and $0.8 million lower outside professional fees, including litigation-related costs.
Cash used in operations was about $1.7 million in the first half; cash and cash equivalents totaled $2.5 million at quarter-end.
Qualcomm appeal decision remains pending; Texas cases await new scheduling after Judge Albright’s Aug. 31 retirement, management said.
